2. Description of Service

Prime EMI Locker provides a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform that allows retailers to remotely manage, lock, unlock, and track devices (iPhone and Android) sold to customers on an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) basis.

3. Retailer Responsibilities

  • Retailers must inform customers, at the time of sale, that the device is enrolled in an EMI management system and may be locked remotely in case of payment default.
  • Retailers are responsible for the accuracy of device and customer records entered into the platform.
  • Misuse of lock/unlock or Lost Mode features outside of legitimate EMI enforcement is strictly prohibited.

4. Device Enrollment

Devices enrolled through Prime EMI Locker become subject to remote management features including lock, unlock, Lost Mode, and Activation Lock (iPhone) / Factory Reset Protection (Android). Enrollment is performed with the consent of the device owner at the time of sale.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability for our MDM services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity, device manufacturer services, or third-party infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prime EMI Locker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or disputes between retailers and their customers.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate retailer accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including misuse of device management features.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
