Prime EMI Locker ("we", "our", "us") provides device management services for retailers selling phones on EMI (Equated Monthly Installment). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our retailer app, website, and related services.

• Retailer account information (name, phone number, email address)
• Device information (serial number, IMEI, model, enrollment status)
• EMI payment and customer records entered by retailers
• Device location data, only when Lost Mode is activated
• App usage and diagnostic data for improving our services

We use the collected information to:

• Enroll and manage devices through our MDM system
• Enable lock, unlock, and Lost Mode functionality on enrolled devices
• Provide retailers with a dashboard to track EMI status
• Improve and maintain the security of our platform
• Communicate important updates regarding your account or devices

Devices enrolled through Prime EMI Locker are managed using Apple's MDM framework (for iPhones) and Android Enterprise/Knox (for Android devices). This allows retailers to remotely lock, unlock, or activate Lost Mode on devices in case of EMI default, as agreed upon at the time of device sale.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with:

• Service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud storage, push notifications)
• Law enforcement, if required by applicable law

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and restricted access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access.
